I have an eRoll and I'm very pleased with it. The device is very small (90mAh) but the iPhone looking PCC is 1090mAh. It puts out 3.7 volts regulated which is higher than a standard eGo battery. Battery life lasts all day and I carry a few extra carts with me, not a bottle of liquid. You can get LR attys for it too if you're looking for even more power.

3.7v, eGo-c type a atomizer, 1000mah PCC, perfect stealth look. Haven't touched any of my mods or fat batts since getting it in January.

Here is a pic of the eroll:

This is the PPC compared to a CD, the ppc is about the size of a small smartphone. I carry 5-7 tanks in a old film container, fits easily in my pocket. If I don't feel like carrying the film container, I just put 3 or 4 tanks in the small pocket in my jeans.

My wife carries hers in a tiny little camera bag that has a pocket on the outside. In the camera compartment she'll keep the pcc and the other e-cig if she's not vaping it and in the small pocket she keeps a 10ml of juice, a spare tank and a spare atty. Works really well.

This is a useful thread, thank you! I've only just started (2nd week without analogs) and I'm carrying around an ego twist with a clearomizer in a cigar tube. Which is a bit too big. And the ego cases are all too big. I think I need 650 to not have to charge during the day, and I want 4 volts. Any good case suggestions, or other small setups that can meet that and carry around?

There is a 650mAh twist, and that will get you to 4V, but it's probably about the same size as the 900 mAh if that is what you are using now. Would a lanyard or soft lanyard pouch work for you?

350 is too small to use 420 eGo quick charger. I would go with the 400 mah Vision Spinner. Just ordered a 650 Spinner from Alt Smoke.
They have a ton of great color choices. Got the multi colored one.
One knock on the Joyetech Twist. Is that you can only use a Joye charger. A 650 twist or spinner, is about as long as a regular 900 eGo.

There's also a great vv combo kit available. It includes both the twist & spinner. Choice of color & mah. Both chargers & choice of clearos & case. $69 shipped. Probably even cheaper with a coupon code. That's an awesome deal. If anyone remembers which vendor sells this great starter kit, please post a link here.

Another knock on Joye, is that they don't make a mini twist. That's what makes the Vision Spinner the winner. An easy to read dial & great color choices too. There's a lot of knock offs out there from shady vendors. They even put on phony Joyetech stamp on it. Joye has a list of official suppliers on their website. Even more useful is their blacklist of known knockoff sellers. I hope this info is useful. I had to learn this stuff the hard way.

Lots of great information in this thread. I am also looking for something small and compact that is also as hassle free as possible.
I was at a ecig shop today and found a CEV8. The size was perfect and it's only $25, but I'm unsure of the battery life. It hit like the ego-t my wife and I both use. It has a mini carto instead of the wick. Does anyone have more info on this or something similar?
