Smallest VV chip or way to control voltage component?

There used to be a kick 2 VV that worked by ohm choice was limited.
Is there any small chips or components with adjustable voltage.
I don’t know what is used in HV Grimm but I don’t need a screen just a way to adjust voltage or wattage.
Are there any small chips or components to regulate voltage?
