I'm a new vapor so don't have a whole lot of experience with vendors in this community, but I've been around long enough to know when I see something special and that's what we have here.
I called on Sunday to ask a question about some of their products, mainly their cool dripless atomizer, drip tips etc.. I didn't really expect someone to pick up, but they did. Alan answered, and spent time with me explaining things. He didn't get impatient with my noob questions, or make me feel rushed at all. I made an order, and it was fulfilled and shipped first thing Monday morning. I don't recall any place being quite that fast. But Alan told me on Sunday that was how they roll.
Ok so I got the order on Tuesday or Wed, but couldn't use it because I'm still waiting on liquid from another vendor, whose slowness is frustrating.
Well a friend of mine at work vapes, so I figured to bring my new kit to work and at least get to try it out. So I sent SmartVapes an email asking if they had any info on the proper break-in and use of their Atty. True to form I got a reply from Alan in about 10 minutes !! He pointed me to a page with all of the info I needed and told me to call with any further questions.
Ok, so far so great. What I truly didn't expect is an email from him later in the day asking how things went. Really, who does that ???
So I told him about my experience, and mentioned about that I was still waiting for my eliquid order.
Next thing I know, I get a shipping notice and an email fro Alan, saying something about a rescue package. He couldn't bear that I was juiceless so he sent me a sample of his best juice SV101. He also put a 1.8 ohm dripless Atty in there.
I was amazed so after a few more emails I feel that I may have found not only the best vendor in all of Vapeland, but also a friend !
I don't know folks, it may just be smart business to be so quick, customer oriented and to go over and above like that, and if it is, SmartVapes deserves a ton of it ! But I think it's also that Alan is just a good hearted salt of the earth Vaper.
Sorry this is so long, I tried my best to keep it as short as possible and still try to relate this surprising and enriching experience and to give SmartVapes the props they more than deserve !!
