Hello Fam,

I have been away for a few years working on developing products to make my vaping pleasure a reality. Funny how time flies, and at the same time, we experience growing pains. I humbly ask your forgivness for not having the ability to manage every aspect of our growth, as well as not creating the proper atmosphere to continue treating you with the same level of love as when I first created Vapor4life.

I promise, V4L is recreating itself to our former glorious business practices, and become the friendly, caring, loving family we had when I was around in the office every day. Reality is, in order to keep creating world class products, I need to be involved at the source. This requires me to be involved in every aspect from conception, to sourcing, to trial and error testing, creating, searching, traveling, and in general, going insane attempting to make a near perfect product which are up to Smilin's stadards. I have always know this, if I can create a product to make myself happy, then, most everyone who try's my products will be SMILIN too.

In order to accomplish these feats, I am asking for your help, your understanding, your idea's, your honest input, so we can provide you, what you desire most in a product, service, warrantee, et. Your my V4L family, and we are here to make everything as good as possible.

Please ask questions, and I will provide answers.

I have missed you all greatly!!!

Hi Fam,

Wanted to add a few more comments here on first post. I have been working for the past few years, to create MY vaping experience, the very best way I could. This journey has taken me building my own factory, partnering with other factories, creating design concepts, having molds built, as well as perfecting throat hit, puff count, chewable carts, better taste, longer lasting, and ultimately, making the most complicated battery, as simply as possible.

I would love to have my V4L family try out our new concepts, and give there honest opinion about them. This is the culmination of a labor of love, as well as a 7 figure expenditure. I have attempted to meet the most importanyt criteria, to vaping bliss. Now, I understand we are NOT all alike, but, I have found, by keeping things simple, I am right 9 out of 10 times. I will just have to settle for my 90% rule.

Here is a list of new concepts

1) Auto Dial a Volt will be available in 4 sizes, 650, 900, 1100, and 1300. Will also be available in 4 colors. I know what I had to do to create the VV Auto battey, proper switch(fast/responsive) proper airflow, long lasting et. I am working on new chargers so they will charge faster, as well. I did not understand this until I took this project on. The switch has a 5 second cutoff, but, if you hesitate for 1/20th second, with continue working. The programming of the chip is critical to dialing in the proper voltage.

2) Smileomizer for the DAV, as well as the zeus batteries, which will work with every battery we carry. These will be available in 2 sizes, as well as various colors. The smaller hold 3-3.5 ml juice, and larger holding 6-7 ml juice. These can be refilled many time, and I recommend only refilling with same flavor. I am going to add a few surgical quality silicon tips, so you can chew, and replace. I miss cigars, and chewing the tips. This is my Nirvana, could be yours as well.

Funny story, just got back from visiting daughter accross the pond, and she nightclubs very often, loves to hookah, does not want nicotine. WOW, these were a huge hit, and guess what, no smoke, just vapor....no nic, just wonderful hookah flavor. Made me SO HAPPY.

3)We are putting the final touches on the Zeus, both auto, in 650, 900, 1300, as well as dual in 900, 1300. These will be available in a few weeks....god willing.

4) Have spent a few years perfection new vertical coil carts, with soft to the teeth feel, and supperior vapor/taste/life, with no soldier. These should be out in less than 60 days. Yes, they cost more, yes, they are better in every way IMHO.

I know most company's use horizontal coil carts, which are thought to burn less, give more vapor, but less taste, and if my family wants these, I will create the best, of the best. This cost about 50% of my current carts, due to taking 50% less time to make. I just feel they are 75% less quality. Your choice....

I really want our V4l family back, with all the friendships, care, guidence, service, and love, we had when we started this journey together. Please, let me know what I can do to help.

5) I am vreating a new carrying case which will hold 2 battery's, any size, and 5 carts, in multiple colors.

6) I have been trying to build the ultimate PCC over the past years, and should have my first prototypes in the next few weeks.

7) I have created the Utlimate in cigar flavors, for those of you, who, like me, used to or still love cigars.

More to be revealed.

I have missed my Fam

Reported from other thread.

Steve,
Since I started this thread I'll respond with apology absolutely accepted. I have never had ant problems with V4L. have and continue to be 100 percent satisfied. I just felt slighted to see the Zeus on Utube before your loyal customers ever heard about it. I would have loved to hear about it from you or Morandear first. I love the company, products and all the people on this form who have helped me so much. Now, please let me buy a Zeuse. Thanks so much.

Hi Smilin, so glad to see you back where you belong. We have definitely missed your presence. You are the reason V4L became the wonderful company we have all grown to know and love. I know everyone appreciates your hard work - love the new Auto DAV VV, btw :toast:. Hope you can stay around for awhile and visit us every once and while.

    Steve,

Question. Why the vertical coil on your cartomizers? Most other companies have moved to horizontal coil, which I actually prefer. What is the driving factor? Thanks in advance.

Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk 2

    Hi propagandax,

The reason I use the vertical coil vs horizontal coil is for the taste, throat hit, and it being more like a virtual cigarette. I find the horizontal coils to be lacking in ways that make the experience to soft. That said, there is definately a market for horizontal coil carts, and yes, I can perfect them, if enough on my V4L family desires these. Please, help me to find out how many people prefer the vertical coil cartomers.

Hopefuilly Smilin sir doesn't mind me answering for him, but can tell you why Propagandax sir based off the conversation the two of us had in Chicago. Most companies switched to horizontal coils because they cost half the price of vertical coils. V4L hasn't nor is planning on any time soon due to the differences in performance. Vertical coil cartos are far more balanced than horizontal coils, meaning whether even at higher and lower ohms there is still th and flavor, lower giving more th higher giving more flavor but both aspects still exist. Horizontal coils depending on the ohms/voltage either have all flavor with no throat hit, or nothing but throat hit and absolutely no flavor. Let's not forget horizontal coil cartos don't like anything more than 3.68v, after that they start scorching the juice. None of V4L batts save the DAV's and VV mods would be able to use them.

I have enjoyed your products from V4L very much over the years. I have enjoyed the ever increasing improvements, the dedication to these improvements and have high regard for your products. I want to thank you very much for your products and enjoyable vaping experience over the years.

However, I have three suggestions for overall improvements:

Stocking of juices and cartomizers – If it takes an average of a month to receive shipments from your supplier overseas than there should be at least a month of stocks located in the USA at the V4L center. I have grown so tired of waiting and waiting for my favorite juice to be re-stock. It seems like having stocks available is constant ongoing problem with V4L.

Chargers to handle the increased size of the mah batteries – This might be moot as it sounds like it is being addressed but revised chargers so these new DAV batteries that have far more mah can be charged more quickly. Waiting at least 12 hours for a re-charge is just not acceptable and should be improved.

    Size, weight of batteries:
As batteries increase in mah innovative ways should be brought out to address the ever increasing size, weight and clumsiness of the batteries. I am extremely happy with the new automatic DAV but it is apparent that the batteries are becoming larger and heavier. At some point the increase in mah will led to such an uncomfortable battery that it will no longer appeal to the average person, deterring newcomers from seeking out the e-cig.

    Thanks again,

    Bill

    Hi Mr. Smilin',

First and foremost, thank you very much for taking time to communicate with us, your customers, directly. This confirms that you and your organization are top notch folks, and really do care.

I'm a fairly new member of the V4L community and vaping in general, and I can say with absolute certainty that I made the right choice with V4L products.

Your firms customer service has been fantastic, and the products second to none. I really do appreciate the time and effort that's gone into making things properly.

I'm a huge fan of your DAV line. These batteries are nothing short of awesome! My only real wish, is that we could charge them in 3-4 hours instead of the 10-12 as Bill mentioned above. I really do like the slimline charger form factor, and think its style and function is heads and shoulders above the others that are out there.

This is my fault completely, as the time I designed, and created the slim line charger, to be best in world, I had no other batteries I had designed in the larger size, and was told these would be perfect. I was told incorrect, and apologize.

Fear not , as I am desigining new chargers, as I type, which will have interchangeable pins, for the world, as well as the capcity to charge thes new dial a volts in 60-70% less time. I am really making sure this will be again, finest in world, as well as UL approved.

    T
A broader range of colors would be great as well (cigar wrap or bright blue perhaps :)).

Again, these first runs are prototypes, and we in fact are recieveing some new colors now, and more to come. My new smilomizers work fabulous with the DAV's as well. These wil satrt to be availablse soon, as well.

Another option I think would be great, is to select the resistance of the Cartomizer when ordering tanks. The standard 1.5ohm dual coil is great for fixed voltage devices, but lack substantially for any of your variable voltage products. I've come to a really good understanding of how resistance impacts Cartomizer performance with different batteries, and think it would be great if some of the performance characteristics were listed on the V4L website.

Er do have optios, both dual coil, as well as single coil

Again, thank you very much for listening to us! Hopefully, I'll get to meet you in Smokeless Lounge sometime soon!

    Look forward to it,

    Vape_on

    Smilin

    Best Regards,

I too want to thank you for your products ( esp hardware ) ,so glad i researched before i got started and started with your products .
Morandir you are so right about the cartomizers ,i have tried many horizontal coil carts and have had no luck getting any flavor whatsoever compared to cool carts .Worth every penny .
Steve ,I appreciate the sales but many of us have a problem with the shipping cost ,which often negates savings on the sales ..it is much higher then the average I am seeing ( $ 3-$4) .
