Often they look at the things included and someone might point out whether it's N80 or A1. Alternatively, knowing the size/wraps/id/resistance of the coil, you could work yourself backwards to guess what material is used. N80 needs ~50% more wraps to hit the same resistance as A1. This calculate will help: Wire wizard | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators Build the coil in there and check the resistance. Change the material until you hit the 0.3 you mentioned.
