I honestly like all of them. Just don't buy the M2 coils (Called baby Beast coils but for the Smok Stick). As they are fairly crappy.
The T6 and T8 coils seem to work best for me but the X4 is also a great coil.

My gold big BabyBeast came in today..I installed one of my BB T8 coils and its vaping great at 75w on the Alien... so far I'm really liking it

Both the coils that came with my BBB worked fine, but I've ended up settling on the 0.4 ohm Q2 (?) which is stock on the BB for use. Best balance of juice consumption, power consumption, and for me enough cloud with solid taste. Then again, I'm not looking for cloud, so it's a non-issue for me.

don't know about you but sometimes I get in the mood to chase clouds..Best tank I like is the CloudBeast King (pic) with the huge .12 ohm T12 coil at 160-200w, depending on juice..next in line would be my CloudBeast with the
.15 ohm T10 coil between 90-120w
And like mentioned above I like the T8 coil in my BB
and BBB at 75-80w..
juice consumption isn't an issue for me, as the money saved not buying 4 cartons of Marlboro reds a month anymore buys ALOT of juice.. I do have a couple rta's I vape once in awhile when I'm in the mood to build them like the Griffin 25.. but since Smok put out the cloud Beast series of Tanks I lost all motivation to build.. lol

I have 2 Big baby beasts tanks both with RBA decks and I had also bought the Cloud Beast King RBA edition. I prefer the big baby tank, the cloud beast is a bit to much for me but will be good far any emergencies that come up.
My feelings exactly, don't think it can get better than it already is. For cleaning all you have to do is take out the wick, heat and put in another wick. I just got in a Daedalus that's made for winding Clapton and Alien coils. A variable speed motor and a holder for the wire spool, I'll have to try it and see how it works.
