Smok cube x2 issues or me being dunb

hi all, happy Christmas and happy new year! Recently purchased a smok cube x2 and love it! Downloaded the app and for time it worked great, I adjusted the LED lights and now when I go back to the app all the buttons across the bottom e.g setting, mode and contrast won't click as there all dark as if they are locked or something? Anyone know a solution? Tried re installing the app, no difference, thanks in advance!

if thats on Android try going into your phones settings/applications/downloaded apps and clear cache. then reboot the phone. try again.

If its not android sorry cant help there.

well, just say your signal icon... your on Iphone... not sure the steps, but you should have basically the same options, I would clear the cache in the app via your phones settings reboot and try again. or even clear cache, reboot, uninstall, reboot, reinstall, reboot and try again.

A lot of times even if you uninstall apps the settings and working files if you will are saved on teh device incase you reinstall the app. manually clearing them out like that and rebooting gets rid of all that and gives you a fresh clean install.

Looks to me like you are looking at your LAST readings and have not synced.

Turn the app off
Make sure Bluetooth is on
Start the app
Start Bluetooth on the X Cube II
Fire the Mod once

You should First get the Search Screen
