Received my smok fetch pro a couple weeks ago, getting back into vaping after a long while, and just got more juice. I’m using the rgc pod and decided to take the mesh coil out because I was switching juice and it tasted a little funky and the coil leaked slowly (besides the point). Ordered 2 RPM80 rgc rba coil kits and properly installed the cotton.. my problem is the cotton only wicks when I open the pods rubber plug (fill plug) I can get a couple 3-4 second hits before it burns all to hell and then I’ll have to open the pod again. Pulled cotton and re did it very precisely with new cotton and still happens, anyone know what’s causing this? (Been keeping wattage around 20-25, primed coil and soaked in tank for 30 mins) Kinda frustrating because this has been giving me problems since I bought it between the coil that came with the kit leaks and would give dry hits randomly but not nearly as bad as the new coil.

Sounds like too much cotton.
What had you been using before "getting back into vaping".
If you are new to rebuilding; wrapping/mounting a coil is dead easy. Wicking can be art.

I can only say a) no idea and b) pods have their usefulness but I might not start with one "getting back into vaping" although it sounds like you know what you are doing.
Leaky pods and stuff like that can be endemic. You might want to consider a different setup
