Smok m65 , anyone noticed this battery problem?

Hi, i bought my smok xpro m65 a few days ago and so far im very happy, it works amazing and the battery is lasting now for 1 day and half ( nice) , my only problem its you cant vape anymore at 34% of battery , it shows on the screen " weak battery" and you cant vape. when you start charging it apperars immediately 34% of charge. it might be a problem of my box or it is normal in this type of devices? ? the other thing its the box keeps reducing watts when the battery is high ( but you put more watts again and stays good) , , whithout this littles problems the box is perfect and amazing PS : and always take half and hour in 99% when charging to complete)

Sounds like you have a battery that is not capable of outputting the required voltage or amperage the device is trying to pull from it. I think this is a safety feature of the '65 (or it could just be Smok doing what Smok does)

What battery are you using, and have you tried a new one in it?

im using efest 18650 2500mah , i havent tryed other battery yet , if you know other models of battery compatible to my box with better perfomance than mine i aprreciate if you tell me thank you

I am not sure these guys ship internationally, but you if you can't source them locally, it might be worth a try.

I would recommend a Samsung 25R battery or a Sony VTC4 18650 Sony US18650VTC4 2100mAh High Discharge Flat Top - Batteries, Chargers, and PowerPax Carriers

I am not 100% sure that changing the battery will fix the issue though - but it's worth a try.
