There's a lot of good info here but basically change the mode to wattage. The longer you hold the trigger the hotter the coils get.

With a low wattage (maybe 55W) the temp increase will be slow and you can hold the trigger longer. If you're not getting the flavour you expect, increment your wattage up by 5W and test. As you go higher you will not want to hold the trigger as long.

If you get up near the 100W mark you'll need good airflow and your pulls should be quicker and you should only be firing in short bursts but the flavour hit should be there ;)
