their cost would be at best 1-2 dollars. you can buy an awesome 510 pin from fat daddy vapes for 5 bucks. a company like wismec buying in bulk form the source should cost half that if not less.

my hands aren't that big lol. average size and i can't touch my fingers around it.
wismec products in general though are much worse quality/design then similar devices in the same price range. it's a bottom tier brand for me.
For anyone concerned about the 510 on any mod just buy a heat sink and screw it in. It is a very simple solution to any questionable 510.

it's a hollow pin (and very fragile) the wide is so tight in it has no give and it's bent at a weird angle. very easy for the wire to break the pin is soldered onto the wire and the top portion being wider prevents it from being pushed into the mod. the rest of the 510 pin assembly is hollow where juice can leak in so they put some sealant around the wire. also the spring is on the outside of the assembly between
most mods use a full 510 assembly and ground to the 510 and the wire has room to play and is soldered into a hole on the 510 assembly. some mods like the maxo have the wire soldered to a 510 thats already on a spring giving you plenty of room to play and has more durability.

So in good conscience and keeping with my honesty, no way could i ever recommend these mods to people. now it doesn't mean people can't like or enjoy them, it just means it isn't good enough quality for me to tell people that i recommend it

I know alot of people love them, and yes they can serve you well and you can like them. Not saying you can't. All I'm saying is quality wise they aren't good. my Hedron 510 broke and my rx300 shoots up check atomizer on my TFV12 occasionally. and I rarely have issues with broken mods. That's why i opened them up to see why they are so bad and got my answer.
Some people may buy a kia and love it and it gets them back and forth to work at a good price, but i wouldn't call them a high quality car i'd recommend. wismec/joytech is basically the kia of mods
And I'm the kind of guy if I have a problem with a mod I'll just buy a new one for I'm more interested in staying tobacco-free than spending more money on high-end equipment... I just want to vape, lol

I just bought two heat sinks to use with my RX2/3. I had the RX2/3 for 4 days when I started getting the atmoizer short error. I had an atty screwed on that I had been using for a few days with no issues. I picked the mod up after a pause in my vaping for dinner, and it just started throwing me the error with the atty that was on it, and then all of my attys. I found that if I dont screw them down all the way the mod will still fire them, but now I have to deal with a gap on every single one of my attys which is bull.... frankly.
My 25mm heatsink I got off ebay arrived 2 days ago. It doesnt sit flush on my RX2/3 to begin with, and if I screw it down all the way I get the atomizer short error with an atty on it, so I have the same stupid issue even with the heat sink. Heat sink definitely wasnt a solution to the problem at all. I have 22mm heat sink in the mail, maybe ill have better luck with that, but I doubt it.
Now I have a brand new mod that has an ugly gap with every atty I own in order to use it, and its only a matter of time before it completely ....s the bed.
TL;DR: My RX2/3 started giving me an atomizer short error within about 4 days of receiving it even though I treated it gently. A heat sink did not sit in the 510 flush or fix the problem. I cant have any of my attys sit flush on the mod if I want to fire them.
Yeah sadly it's a known issue especially with smoke tanks on that mod

Still have not received mine yet. Been pushed back three times and now has gone to second pre-order for me again. Sometime this year I might receive it but I knew it was a pre-order when I purchased so that's ok.k.
If this triple coil deck is still having the same melting drama's there is only one more option left to do; buying the dual coil deck. I definitely am not planning to keep on buying these expensive premade coilheads.
Question is, would this dual coil deck be so much different from all the other dual coil tanks that I own...
The coilheads are the stars of the tfv12 show.
I wouldn't be surprised if the dual coil deck makes the tfv12 tank just an ordinary tank with a nice topfill feature
Apart from the melting drama on that RBA triple coil deck there is another questionable situation with the long leg of each coil that has to run down all the way to the base where it gets secured. It makes me wonder what this long leg does to the resistance and overal usage of each coil
Smok's (TFV) tanks have been awesome the TF-RTA with the Quad deck works wonders I have that one too and while I will admit,it is a PITA to build, I do not understand how they have a quad deck w/o issues, and a triple deck that does?????
I had similar 510 issues with the Cuboid. I used a heat sink and it didn't set flush either. So I modified the heat sink: pulled the set screw out of the lower, and filed down the depth of the threading some, didn't need to modify the set screw itself but could have shortened it some too.
That got it fairly flush but the 510's lip itself also sat a tad above the base of the mod. So I filled everything up with thermal transfer paste. That heat sink is now married to my Cuboid.

o.k.,received my TFV12 yesterday and SMOK has fixed the melting insulator issue on the triple deck. There is no insulator now and the legs still go down inside deck. I have not used mine yet it is still soaking,it reeked machine oil bad. No oil on the tank itself but you could smell it the second you opened the box.
That's why upon recieving mine I took it completely apart and washed all parts under hot water before using it the first time..its a great tank, love it!

The main reason I purchased this one is the juice capacity for being out all day.
O.k. l could not wait so I pulled it from the soak cleaned and dried it and installed the triple coil deck. It's at 0.149 at 100 watts and the flavor and dense vapor is almost too much. I noticed there is a slight learning curve wicking this beast. I thought I put in plenty of cotton but not quite enough,it is leaking out the air flow .
My next build will be with enough cotton to fill the juice channels. I really do like this tank at the moment and at 7ml juice capacity is enough to go out all day with. I am curious how SMOK pulled the insulator and left the legs still running down thru deck and made it work?? I am not going to tear my deck apart to find out either.
This tank might have taken the top spot over my limitless RDTA the next build will tell if I get enough cotton in the channels.
