My wife has 4 SMOK Procolor Kits that include the SMOK Procolor 225W TC Mod and the SMOK TFV8 Big Baby tank. I was told that the SMOK V8 BABY RBA was the rebuildable coil for the SMOK TFV8 Big Baby tank but the longer glass tube that came in the SMOK V8 BABY RBA package is too narrow for the SMOK TFV8 Big Baby tank. I have a few questions:
  1. Is there a different RBA for the SMOK TFV8 Big Baby Tank?
  2. If the SMOK V8 BABY RBA is made for the SMOK TFV8 Big Baby Tank, Is there a way I can get the correct longer glass tube for the SMOK TFV8 Big Baby Tank?

Take a look here: Baby Beast RBA Head by SMOK

"In the box, you will see an “extra” piece of glass - this glass is an expansion piece of glass needed to accommodate the RBA size. You will need to replace the glass on your Baby Beast with the expansion glass, this is due to the Baby Beasy RBA coil being just a bit taller than the standard Baby Beast coils. Also, as a little bonus, they also pre-installed fused Clapton coils that read to 0.3 ohms, a carrying case, extension glass and as always, extra bits and parts that you may need in the future.

Note: The glass included is the correct taller RBA glass for use with the Baby Beast tank. If you purchase this for a Big Baby Beast Tank and do not already have the taller RBA glass section it will not work."

GENUINE SMOK™ TFV8 BABY BEAST / BIG BABY RBA HEAD

*Please NOTE: The replacement glass included with this RBA Head is only compatible with the Baby Beast. The replacement glass is NOT compatible with the Big Baby Beast. In order to use this with the Big Baby tank, you will need the extended replacement glass that is included with the Big Baby tank.

**This RBA Head is NOT COMPATIBLE with Big Baby LIGHT EDITION.

I intentionally don't use SMOK tanks. Their names seem to be very confusing: Baby, Big Baby, Baby Beast, etc . I guess they have different dimensions and parts are probably not compatible model to model. You'll have to sort this out yourself.

Does this help?

1. The RBA is the same, but the BBB has a bigger diameter than the BB, so of course the glass is wider as well.

2. The original BBB package includes (A) the Baby RBA head and (B) an additional glass that fits the BBB and RBA head. I can only assume that your Kit didn't come with that accessory, but worry not:

$1.67 Iwodevape Replacement Glass Tank for SMOK TFV8 Big Baby Clearomizer at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Aliexpress.com : Buy Volcanee 2pcs/lot Replacement Glass Tube for TFV8 Big Baby RBA Atomizer Vape Tank Electronic Cigarette Accessories Spare Glass from Reliable e cigarette accessories suppliers on RyanVape Store

Aliexpress.com : Buy VapeSoon Replacement Glass Tube For SMOK TFV8 BIG BABY 5ML BIG BABY RBA /TFV12/ Stick V8 X8 Kit Vape Pen Plus etc 1pcs from Reliable Electronic Cigarette Accessories suppliers on VPS Store

With that bubble glass, you not only can fit the RBA into your tank but also extend your liquid amount to 7ml.

Honestly if you want to build I would recommend getting an RTA.I have seen the RBA that smok provides and it looks very tight to build on. It would be much easier to build an RTA and the results much more satisfying.
Do you have a link to the RTA? I have not found anything. If an RTA for my wife's mods exists it doesn't come up in any searches.

An RTA is a dedicated tank for building only. Many folks find them easier to use than the sort of "after market" decks some drop in coil tanks come out with. Personally, my version of hell would be the after market build deck on any Smok device (and many others) although keep in mind I'm not the most talented builder of all time.

However, they can often provide better flavor, better ease of use, and a lot of other benefits.

There is a whole forum dedicated to them, in the rebuildables section of ECF. You might go there for more information.

I'm going to guess you are going to want a less restricted, cloudier RTA given what you like to vape so I don't really have recommendations for you although others might, you may also want to decide if you want single or dual coils. There are also tons of threads discussing specific RTAs so you might get some ideas from those.

Good luck,

Anna
