Smok XCube II won't turn on, at all.

Have had it for about 80 days, give or take. Authentic. Worked wonderful,mhowever the other day, it up and died. Was hitting off using a velocity rda, took a break to read a bit, picked it up half an hour later, hit, nothing, hit, unlock, turn on? Nothing. No LED read out. Something happened in the time that I was reading and picked it back up. Took batteries out, put in. Nothing. Fully charged them. Nothing. Anyone?

When you first place verified good charged batteries in, does the screen show 'smok' then a version number?
I'm guessing no, just making sure to cover another side, as in stealth mode. I'm sure you would be aware of this though.

Nope and nope. Checked for stealth, non. No logo or version, however, they do appear when say, plugging in the mod. But that appears whether batts are in or not.

Verified the LED works. But its as if it doesn't register batteries.
Says that they are low, regardless of being in or not while plugged in via micro USB.

Could it be something on the springs? Could it be the ends of my batteries? One of them is a bit inward bent on the plus end.

Would like to add this was solved, by Madvapes and Smoktech. Defect in the firmware. Was replaced via the Black Mini. Much better than its big brother. Still scared of firmware upgradeable devices, and Isticks and Sigelei not once had a problem.
