I know Smoke-51 was still waiting on reg tobacco cartridges after a long restocking delay last week. I took some coffee flavour ones instead this time round and I actually find I like them better.

The delay may be because of your choice of cartridges, or it may be due to the new battery release kits that were expected in on Wed.

As far as others for interchangeable carts in reg tobacco flavouring....... I have only received the usual from all of them: "awaiting order" or "awaiting customs clearance".

There do seem to be a lot of stock shortages all around. It's like no one ever really got fully restocked after the Chinese New Years drought.

Or maybe demand is just exceeding supply.

Or maybe customs is slowly choking off the supply.

Many possibilities, all equally frustrating when you're the one waiting. :(

decided to cancel my order with smoke 51 not happy with the lack of communication. if they are out of stock on something they should have let us know. if they had communicated this to me I would have understood. anyway also I found Steve @ vap for life. I've ordered his Vapor king and should have it in 3 or 4 days at half the price. check out his posts.

When i ordered my Smoke 51 in Canada, I didn't hear anything from them for 8 days, then emailed them asking what's going on. He told me that they were out of one of the flavours I ordered, and wouldn't have any for another week, but I can substitute it with another flavour, which I did. They never tried to contact me to tell me what was going on, and they didn't ship the rest of my order first, which was close to $200. No, they were just going to let my $200 order sit there for 2 weeks, for the sake of one pack of carts, and not tell me.

Now I have another order with them for cartridges, from 12 days ago, and I haven't heard a thing from them. If that was my only unit, I would have been out for almost 2 weeks now. The carts didn't last very long, some of them were duds, and they're expensive. You'd think the least these guys could do was provide proper customer service.

I think maybe they figure that if they tell you they don't have stock, you'll cancel your order, so they just leave you there to stew at home, and go online and tell everyone how much they suck.

Nice work Smoke 51.

I have contacted steve and when he gets off vacation. I am gonna try one of his,if they are half as good as they say it will be great.

Smoke-51's new reworked battery kits were released Monday from the US distributor.

Still no regular tobacco carts (although everone is stating next week which is stupid because nobody can predict the customs delays once they hit there).

None, and I mean NONE of the suppliers are set up properly to handle the uprush of volume the e-cig business is suddenly causnig.

The worst part is there is no excuse what so ever for them to not spend the extra cash at this point to integrate a proper ecommerce site with the likes of quickbooks to handle displaying self adjusting current inventory levels.

Things must change !! end of story !!

It really seems like the sales channel is all fubar'd. With the new bans on exports out of HK and elsewhere I'm wondering if this is causing some of the issues.

Most of the suppliers I've ordered from or looked out are out of stock until tomorrow at the earliest. Even Njoy which is US based is having problems. Frustrating for sure-now I'm concerned about getting replacement parts / carts /liquid in future. My lesson learned is once I've finalized what e-cigs I want to use and juice I want to use- I'm ordering in bulk for atomizers, batteries and juice/carts.

In chicago there is a saying- vote early and often. Same seems to apply to e-cigs!
