So, placed an order online with Penny's and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. Order was shipped right away and the battery I purchased works well. Now what really caught me by surprise was I received a letter today from Penny thanking me for my purchase. I know it doesn't seem like a big deal but it always feels nice to receive gratitude from a vendor.

I haven't seen them mentioned on here but if you get a chance, check them out.
