Woohoo! I quit smoking entirely for 9 months on ecigs, then had a brief affair with analogs again...now I am 1 week back into my vape. Determined to stick it out until the cravings for analogs go away (they did for me last time). I am alternating several flavors throughout the day, a menthol tobacco, a straight strong menthol (no tabacco), a banana, a strawberry and a caramel. I find changing it up helps. If you smoke menthol, NEVER put another flavor in a cartridge or atomizer that had menthol in it (unless you cleaned it)...I find the menthol flavor sticks around and ruins the new flavor. So I have several of my eGo's loaded at a time and alternate them periodically...I vape all day, and throw in a little 0 nic if I feel I am getting too much.
