Smoke Stik not smoking. Ideas?

I bought a Smoke Stick starter kit today to try this e cig thing. I charged the battery, put on a new cartrige, and gave it a suck. Very little smoke. Not even enough to exhale. I thought, maybe I need to suck harder. Even less smoke resulted this time. Maybe the battery is not charged enough?, so I charged it 3 more hours. Tried again....very little smoke again. I thought "maybe try not sucking very hard". Even less smoke. Tried to suck so it barely lit up. No smoke at all.

I removed the atty and blew through the atty from the battery side as i saw mentioned before. Tried to smoke again. Very little smoke. I have seen these things at the mall and the mall demo guys were getting WAY more smoke than im getting so I know something is not right.

Any ideas??

I just put the cartridge in as it came in the package. I did not add any liquid. But the atty seemed "greasy" when i pulled the cartridge off it. There's "some" amount. I dont know if its not enough though.

Although you should get some vapor even from the primer fluid, you may want to try blowing out the atomizer. Atomizers typically ship whetted with a primer that gives them that "greasy" feel. Place the battery connector end of the atomizer in a paper towel and forcefully blow into the other end to clear it. After it is blown out, you will need to prime it with some liquid. If you just bought the kit and do not have any liquid, try putting the cartridge on and giving it several thermometer-style flicks with the battery pointing away from you. This should force some liquid out of the cartridge and onto the atty.

The other possibility is that your battery is just not getting a good charge. Does the charger have any sort of indicator light to let you know when it is fully charged?

Sounds silly but when ,y inlaws brought me my new starter pack from "the mall" we watched the videos and it didnt work as we figured out about 3 or 4 cigs later the cartridges were empty! Tried the direct drip and worked like a champ!

SS is notorious for sending near empty cartoz. Call or email them and steve will send you another. Give him the number on top of the box that the cartz came in

The SS is a 4081. That model is "ok" but not great. I own 2 4081's including the SS Hendu. Personally I would punt it and buy an eGO.

On another note - get liquid and refill the cartos. Most SS users ONLY buy their pre-filled. Pure silliness. Get juice.

put a low res cartomizer and add your fav juice and it makes the hendu a whole new device

If it smokes there is something wrong with it. Stop using it immediately!

All new atomizers need to break in. As you keep vaping it, it should start producing more vapor within a day or two.

Batteries are good. Indicator light turns green when battery is charged. I have tried everything I can think of and have read to try. No vapor. I guess they just need some juice. Might buy some glycerine tomorrow to see if thats what it is.

My first kit was the Smoke Stik as well. I found that the pre-filled cartridges were a little weak and purchased some e-liquid. It made all the difference. Second, using an e-cig is not like smoking. The harder you suck, the less vapor production you will have. If you utilize a slow consistent drag, you will have much better success especially if you have and automatic battery which is what my Smoke Stik had. Also, didn't your kit come with 2 batteries? Is the result the same with both batteries? With the price you paid at the mall, you might want to make sure you didn't get faulty equipment.

I went to a local smoke shop to pick up some juice. White there I ended up buying a Sinless Smoke kit and some juice. I put 2 drops in the SS cart. LOTS of vape, enough to choke on, for 2 drags, then empty. No vape after that, had to refill. I charged up the Sinless battery and tried that. Lots of vape, and it kept going and going....

I guess these SS are just junk.

Im confused about how a cartomizer with no eliquid in it producing no vape is junk? Its a dud carto man.Send it back or have SS send you another. If you still think its junk after that,send it to me.Ill vape away on it
