Don't forget they now plan to start out in Argentine... they could have gotten that government on their side (isn't that an easily 'bought' government? Not sure, on current government there, but certainly former governments in that country were ready to please who-ever came in with nice dollars for the brass?).
So they might be 'fearing nothing' because their road there is without trouble ahead for the time being? (Though I can't rule out a scam like Taz expects either at this point, I have a feeling this isn't one... they have followed the current road a bit too long for that, I think)
