Smokefree quit meter

Hi all, hope someone can help here. I signed up for the smokefree quit meter (the same one I see others using) and when I try to add it to my signature it keeps coming back as 'invaled url'. Am I doing something wrong? This is what the banner link is:

Is this what others are using? But when I try to add it where I THINK it should be added, it shows as 'invaled'. Thanks!

Jenny--I went in and added it for you--works fine now. Seems a lot of times these will not take unless done at the Admin level.
