Smokeless Image - CS took care of me before I knew I needed it

I have come to really like the batteries and cart flavors from Smokeless Image. I recently put in an order from some new batteries of varying color, and when it came I found a stainless steel battery in place of one color that was out of stock, along with a hand-written and signed note stating that they hoped the substitution would be ok and that they would be sending my ordered color just as soon as it was back in stock. Yeah, now that is customer service. And they weren't afraid to sign their name to their product.
