I just wanted to leave a positive review of SI's customer service. By far the friendliest and easiest company i've worked with when it comes to their service. They're shipping/processing is unbelievably fast, as well as the quality/selection of their products. They omitted some cartos from my original order, and immediately sent them out to me same day I called them about it. Not only did they send them out immediately, but later that day when i inquired about expediting the shipment, the order had already gone out and i had tracking number in hand. They also credited my account with the shipping costs and them some. Same issue with today, a specific colored battery that i ordered was out of stock, so they included a different one in the order with a signed note about the stock. Being picky, I called them on it as it wasn't my original order, and they already have another product on it's way to me. It's been less than 3 hours since i've opened the package that had the different battery, and a quick friendly message with customer service later, they have product out the door and i have tracking info in hand. Outstanding service, feels weird to find myself looking forward to doing business with them again. They're follow-up on service requests is great, even after the product is shipped/delivered they're rep still checks to make sure everything is great on my end. Same rep too, haven't been getting 10 different people who see me as a number/ticket. A+ in my book
