So I just got some of Smokeless Image's mint cartomizers in the mail and I thought I'd do a quick little review on them here.
Throat Hit: this has to have the strongest throat hit of any mint flavor I have ever had. when they say this isn't a menthol flavor, they're NOT kidding, it gives you a little bit of a cooling sensation after you've completely exhaled all of it, but for the most part it BURNS, a LOT. if you're looking for a mild cooling sensation that you get from say.... v4l's wow peppermint, this is NOT for you. of course you may like the flavor still, and you can always add a milder, cooler juice later, which I plan on doing for sure. throat hit gets a 5/5, as in strong.
Flavor: Great flavor. it tastes like those after dinner mints that kind of melt in your mouth. if you like that, get it. also it smells very nice. flavor gets a 4/5.
Freshness: this is a category I only do when I review prefilled cartomizers. this is based on how fresh they taste. you can tell whether prefilled cartomizers have been sitting in the warehouse for months or they've actually been filled up relatively recently by the taste. judging by the way these taste I'd say they haven't been sitting there for too too long but they could be better. I'd say they've been in there for maybe a month to a month and a half. 3/5 for acceptable.
Vapor Production: Vapor is about normal. it's not quite at the level of a carto you just filled up yourself but it's very good for a prefilled cartomizer. I'd give the vapor a 3/5, for average.
Overall: I'd recommend these to any KR808 vaper who wants a mint flavor that's gonna kick your ... in throat hit. it's not a menthol flavor but you can refill it with one and get a good result for sure. If you want a menthol flavor right out of the box, get their Ice Menthol cartos. 3/5 for not bad but in my opinion, I've had better.
