So my wall plug for my PCC is broken. When you pull it out of the wall, 1 prong remains in the wall! So I email Smokelessimage and they did agree to replace it - good right? Well I'm disappointed because I have to mail the broken one in. It wouldn't be so bad if it was an expensive part or a pv or something, but it is just a plug! The postage will probably cost me more than the stupid thing is worth.
I'm still disappointed, now in the customer service as well as the QC.
