Hi all


look its easy. We are humans. We like things that are easy and free. Or close to free. No I am not suggesting human dna has programmed us to be cheap skates, tight asses or even stingy.


What I am suggesting and it is affirmed to “easy”. We are more prone to go for “easy”.


Linking easy and free or cheap or quick is something our mind does.


Smokers and Vapers need more and more liquid in there body for many reasons as we all know why I wont bother explaining.


Here are few thoughts.


Why not every morning get a half a glass of cold water, squeeze 1 lemon in it and then add hot water from a kettle. Sit down somewhere and drink it.


Water is good, lemon is good. Warm lemon water is good and your health will get better, get the body you need and an awesome start to the morning.


To top it up add 1 table spoon of honey. Watch your energy and your motivation hit the roof, break it, escape all the way to Mars, do few orbits and come back hit ya right in the head.


Water and honey are awesome source of energy. Lemon is good for the body. All in all you have had a awesome start to the morning. Cost is next to nothing. Effort required is less then 1 cup of coffee.


Why not get a pillow, sellotape it to a wall anywhere. Every morning stand next to it and count 250 punches very very fast. Not to hard and with plenty of speed. Calories burned. Energy gained. Some exercise done. Most of upper body worked out. Build energy, strength, stamina endurance. All for 60 seconds at cost of nothing.


Why not in the morning as your sat on the poop chair take 12 deep breaths. Does not matter nose or mouth. 5 seconds in. 5 seconds out. Do it now and see what it does to you. Feel the rush of energy, life, enter you. Do it now to see my point. Also when do push out slowly in the mornings it helps the bowls and bladder so its awesome to do your first pee sitting down every morning.


Look the above things are so easy and will put the life in your body. Its easy and cheap. It costs nothing. Few changes and you can be a new person. What is the harm in trying.


Whole purpose of this post is people don’t do the easy things yet somehow they think at great cost of travel, memberships and time they are seeing or will see benefits in the fitness centres. False. I will never even request my enemy to join. However I will suggest them to go to hell.


Water, lemon, honey, old pillow and few punches, few deep breaths. You cant go wrong.


50% of the above is yoga per day, 1 part is Tao Chi and other is herbal solution for energy and detox of your body.


All in all good stuff. Easy stuff. 60 seconds of punches, 60 seconds of breathing and 2 minutes of drinking.
