We got a sample of carto with 3 prepunched holes and did not see any big improvement in vapor production because of 2 extra holes.
So we do not plan to stock them now.
If they have any big improvement, we will be glad to stock them.

I haven't had the chance to try them out as of yet. I do know the single holes were not enough even with my 70-80% PG juices, so I have been either widening the hole, punching a new hole, or dremeling a slot into the carto and that helps. No more burning or problems wicking.
