Description reads "made by a Greenhouse One hand chosen manufacturer". Best would be to ask Tim as he is very good at replying back. Btw, there is a 1 year warrenty on these. Also, my last experience with Tim/GH1 was very positive (2 weeks delivery time door to door) and I also like their juices (USA Mix, tobacco, Caramel) as they have more flavor than DK's (check his flavorless too). I am also planning to order some attys from them after 25th.

I am fairly certain that I remember reading that these are not made by joye. The button is softer then the joye batts. Button is the weak point of the ego IMHO. Some of my ego batteries are 8 months old and still going strong. I have a riva that is 7 months old and works fine. Though most of the paint is gone.

rachelcoffe : I understand fully what you are saying. Quality is very important but, I also look hard at how a supplier stands behind the product they sell. To me that is just as important. Tim's warranties are the best around and that alone speaks volumes.

I have been using knockoff 510 atties on my Riva for 3 months now and they are still vaping like they were new. You can get quality for a cheaper price.

They come with a one year warranty. Where is the risk?

Shipping it to China for an exchange will cost more than the battery is worth. Hence, at that price who cares if it craps out in 3 months. If most reputable mfrs only guarantee their batts for 3 months, a 1 year warranty = red flag.

I think janty stuff is one year, and six on atomizers...isn't janty and joye the same?
True though, who gives a flyin flip if it craps out...worth a shot im my opinion. Tim seems to be a pretty reputable guy. I'm sure he's not gonna sell total crap to make a quick buck.
I think i'll give them a whirl.

I just ordered one, along with 2 packs of boge lr510 cartos, and a stainless cone for 40 bucks shipped.
I'll let y'all know how it is. they have drip tips for 1.50 each as well...wich i forgot to add to cart...DOH:facepalm:

Sweet, DemonCleaner! Please let us know what the Boge LR 510 cartomizers are like when you get 'em. Ever since I upgraded to the automatic Mega eGo (900 mAh) I've been considering them & asking Jack to stock them. Sometimes I think they'll totally rule...other times I think the standard Boge cartos will be better. It'll be nice to have direct feedback from you.

Meanwhile, Merry Christmas!

I'm anxiously awaiting an order that Ade & I placed for both the standard AND the LR Boge cartos from Tim on Dec 1st (tracking seemed to just stop updating when it shipped from China, and I "always" expect receipt in approx 3 weeks from China OR the USA which has been the norm for me in Ottawa).

Myself, I'm quite happy with the Boge standard carto's, but ever so interested to see how the LR's work out.

Greg

I forgot I picked up a drip tip from GH1 as well. I quite like it, as the aluminum is not as cold as other metal drips tips I have in the winter. Though I prefer the wide mouth ones for actually dripping. I like to use this one on my cartos as I find it is more comfortable then the regular tips. Plus I can colour code my cartos to know what juice I have in them.

Just a quick update for those who might be interested.
Got my order today of the boge lr510 carto's and the knockoff ego battery 1000mah stainless.
This is the best carto I've tried so far. Massive vapor clouds, great th and flavour. It's like the regular boge on ..... Loaded one up with ms. T's cinnamon roll, popped it on the new battery and whoa. I was a fan of the regular boges, except for the airy draw...these ones are a little tighter, and vape like crazy.

As for the battery...It's much like an ego except for two main differences that i've noticed. first of all is the center ring that is usually recessed a little bit on an ego, is actually flush on this battery. The button is smaller and is made out of soft rubber, and glows blue instead of white. Only time will tell how it will hold up compared to a genuine ego, but I'm pretty happy with the look of it and the feel of the button as apposed to the hard plastic joye button.
