A long time ago I saw a smoking everywhere kiosk in Rapid City, SD. A little background on my vaping experience, in September of 2008 I purchased an NJOY because of a commercial I saw. I didn't do enough research...my only research said NJOY was the best...um, yeah, I hadn't found this forum yet. Anyways, I somehow managed to quit cigs with it, I dont' know how, burning attys all the time with the auto switch not working and flooding and everything...anyways...then we moved to the janty kissboxes (zOMG, was my fav at the time, was in love) and then of course we started doing mods. So, we are hours from home and my husband was thinking of getting a new atomizer for our old 4081s just to have one around. So we ask the price and we ..... bricks...and then I asked if he had 801s. He said he had no idea what I was talking about. I said those penstyle ones on your tv here. He said they were old school, they don't even make them anymore. Then of course he tries to sell me his POS. I told him I was set. Asked if he had any liquids, he said "no, but I can sell you some cartridges, a whole carton of cigs worth for only $20". To which I laughed of course. I told him about our tackle box with all of our extra cartridges and liquids and mod stuff. He laughed at me then and told me...get this..."you don't need a tackle box full of stuff. you only need two batteries and one atomizer and a box of cartridges. My dad has been using the same atomizing device for a year...why would you need extra, you can just come get one at the mall if it ever breaks and it never will." ROFL! He thought mods were ......ed and had never heard of any other companies. I gave him the address to the forum and giggled. Anyways, long story short, he got no business...but sure thought that he could tell a vaper of (at the time)8 months what I did and did not need! LOL! Yeah...nope...don't think so!
Anyways, any time we go there I grab my device and stick it in my purse and I'll strike conversation with him and wait for him to take one of his tiny puffs that you cannot even see the vape from...I keep threatening my husband that I'll have a vaping competition with him, my husband always talks me down. I realize they are paying for the lawsuits and everything, but at the moment, it only will help themselves, nobody else. I realize if they push the point enough we may never see e-cig bans again...but they are sure ripping people off. There are so many people that try it and hate it so bad that they never bother to see if there is anything better. A lot assume that the craptastic stuff costs over $100, so if anything DOES work it has to be at least double that! :/ I would like to outvape him with my v4l cartos though, that would be awesome!
