yes, they are terrible. Their customer service is awful, they are overpriced and they lie to you at every turn. try totally wicked 510 kit. I got the pink one. Or do a search for 510 on the internet. I got the manual ones with the button and like them very much. I got my daughter a set for her birthday and she is loving it. I bought my
juice from totally vapor, they shipped very quickly and their
juice was great!
smoking stick charges twice as much as the 510 kit, you only get one and my Mothe'rs broke after less than a month. They take 2-3 weeks to ship although they will promise next day service and they will still charge your card even if you return the kit. I am having to go to the bank in the morning and file against them ,cause even though I shipped it back to them right away, they waited almost another month and then charged my card!
I have the tracking number and it shows they got their package back on the 30th of April, today they snuck in and took 90 bucks out of my account and I don't even have anything of theirs!
