If you respond late, yes. First come, first served on 250 units.

I wouldn't sweat it too much though, as they said, the reason they're doing it that way is there are usually quite a few unclaimed prizes in contests with hundreds of winners, so notifying 300 people helps makes sure that 250 find a home.

EDIT: I suspect one of the reason there are so many unclaimed prizes is due to some "creative" use of referral email addresses by people entering the contest. Somebody gets a bunch of referral points by using email addresses that aren't checked, and the bogus email is actually chosen as a winner.

There are people claiming to have THOUSANDS of points for this contest, so at 30 points per referral, it's easy to see that even if all the addresses were actually valid, some percentage would not be seen by the winners.

My interpretation is that if you are one of the 250, and send the email within 10 days, you get the prize. The other 50 will be numbered. If people do not reply in 10 days, then they will distribute the unclaimed prizes in order of the 2nd list of 50.
