Nothing has really been confirmed, but as they never said you couldn't, he needs to go ahead and contact them.
For us, in 2011, we were almost in that position, not because of anything *we* did... well... except for trusting a so-called friend, whose house we were renting. Her mortgage was underwater, and she thought she'd make up the difference from a family with ONE income, who was making less than 35 hrs a week. We were already paying $650/mo ($150 more a month than our mortgage!), and she thought she'd just go ahead and raise the rent to $850/mo. Somehow we escaped her greedy clutches, thanks to my parents, the VA, an excellent mortgage broker and REMAX, and a lot of hard work and old-debt-paying. Oh, and all those greedy bankers and wall streeters who totally collapsed the banking and housing industries, can't forget about them, they're the reason we could find a house we could afford.

I also did repo work for several mobile home finance companies, Bombardier, Conseco and GreenTree. It was my job to make sure the mobile homes were empty in a timely manner. This was not a fun job, most of the properties were still occupied. When this happened, I would have to go to the local sheriff's dept and get a deputy to accompany me to the property. I did this job for almost 20 years
Hope everything works out for you & family. I know to well the struggle some go through early on.
The wife and I battled week to week syndrome for many years struggling to keep decent employment and rise 4 children. I was fortunate enough to have an unrelenting drive to never be unemployed or leave one job without already landing another.
Well, I made it to 60yrs. before the odds bullet hit me, so not too bad.
Kids are grown(if not on gone) and we are moderately ahead.Keep the Drive to Survive and Never say never! there is always an answer just ahead.

The day we closed on our mortgage, after all the signing was done, our REMAX lady said she had to go attend an eviction... She was so grateful that at least she got to START the day with something happy, because she was dreading what came after. I bet not half as much as the evicted were dreading it.

As long as you're in no rush, it's cheap enough. Looks like another dual coil design, and unlike the Goliath V2, there's probably no easy way to run single coil. The Aromamizer RDTA has a similar direct airflow design with the choice of a 5ml or 3ml tank, and an optional Velocity style build deck, if you want something now, and its getting solid reviews.
