Re downloading didn't work. I have Android 4.4.2, bluetooth found the mod easily. App isn't working. Sent an email to smok.
Try tomorrow. I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. It didn't work for two days, and then started working again.

Been working with this a bit. Using the supplied 3 coil head, if set to temp control (where the only choice is Ni), it appropriately jumps back to watt mode. Nice feature, can't mess that up. However, using a dual Ti coil, It still does not offer a Ti mode. Only the Ni mode, but the next screen is the TCR so I imagine I can change it. Can I assume that it is upgradeable to offer the Ti and SS preset TCR's?

With the TFV4 and 3 coil head, it does vape very nicely. Lots of vapor, and cool at 40w, warm at 70. Don't think I want to take a new coil above that for now.

But it's a GREAT mod, and a Super prize! Thank you VERY much @SmokeyJoe, @GM802399 !!! Tastes great and those flashing LED are Sooo..

You have to purchase the upgrade to include Ti mode in the BEC app (49 cents for Ti, 99 cents for SS).

Thank you! I keep trying to sign on through my phone, but it won't let me. Just doesn't do anything, Not sure why. I'm sure it'll all get sorted out.

I definitely want this function to work, as I ordered Titanium wire from Fasttech to use with the build deck I got for this tank. But.. I'm don't feel I'm in a rush as I decided I would see how many times I can refill this tank on one coil first. The build deck I got came with 3 coils to use, don't know if they are Kanthal or not as I haven't tried them yet. I'll try again tomorrow.

FYI, the temp coefficient that they have for Ti is 0.0035 and for SS is 0.001. And I believe that Smok is changing it "on the fly" and updating it when they update the app. When I initially enabled Ti a few weeks ago, the TC for Ti was set at 0.004.

Where you been willis?o_O

Software upgrade-able:)

I knew they offered an upgrade, but there was talk earlier in this thread (mind taking a look? :) ) that it came with Ti and SS already? I'll be happy to pay that small sum, once it actually lets me open an account?

Were you able to connect to your mod? You actually don't need to set up an account in order to connect to your mod and upgrade. The only thing that creating an account and then "registering" your mod to your account does is if you ever forget the password for your mod, you can retrieve it.

Nope, the lowest she will go in Ni mode is .004 but at that setting, 270F seems pretty nice.

I too was under the impression that the "upgrades" were included. Seems I recall reading that SMOK done away with selling the upgrades and at some firmware version the temp control was automatically included.

Last I knew titanium was only .49 and I heard they started not charging for it

Yes, they charged 49 cents for the titanium upgrade (I purchased it before I installed the firmware update that included it for free). And they charged 99 cents for the stainless steel upgrade (I purchased that too).

I'm not seeing an option to purchase an upgrade? "unknown error, please contact with administrator"..
When you are connected to the mod by selecting the mod and then going to the page that looks like a big wheel and shows the stats of your vape, go to the settings page (the icon looks like a gear). At the bottom of the settings page select the "upgradation" option and that takes you to the page that allows you to purchase the upgrades.

Probably to late but...........

PSA - Don't Pull the Glass out

Twist it Like you are unscrewing it.
Mine let go without a mark on the glass :D

My glass twist fine. It was never "stuck" to the o-ring. Outward force was required to get the glass out though. It is not like a threaded screw.
