This is going to Bite.
Will likely be up most of the night with the pain and have to get up early to take all this paperwork to my HR.

Dr. Sees no end in sight and things are worsening a bit.
Agreed with Workers Comp to take the FCE - Functional Capacity Evaluation - with reservations. Dr. doesn't like the idea and is concerned I may increase injury.
Promised I would refuse anything threatening.
At least it gets the next Speed Bump behind us.

Sad really, I have ECF and vaping and that is about my limits lately. Could really use a bit of Life mixed in.
Not that you Peoples and vaping aren't Great!!!! but there has to be something more I can enjoy.

Okay Self pity over - Now let me to the front of the line!
I want a X Cube II COMPLETE!

Bets on how many pages I will have to catch up on by the time I get back tomorrow?
I'm guessing a Gillion;)
I hope everything gets better for you ....healing vibes sent your way!!

Midnight DIY is not as daunting as it seems start small make 10ml single flavours to start using the type of flavours you enjoy I love fruit so was easy for me. Try to buy brand flavourings, typing the make and flavour with review at the end will take you to sites where you can get user views. Brand flavourings tend to be more expensive but are also usually more concentrated so you need less to get the flavour and cost levels out. Make sure your PG & VG are food grade and from a reputable supplier and that's sorted, I'm a Brit so afraid I can't recommend a nic liquid supplier but others have so your OK there.

I mix using syringes and find that makes things easier for me but VG can be quite thick so don't use a blunt needle on that syringe. Finding a good juice mix calculator helps simplify things I use the one on aaec website but there are many others. Just take your time and don't get caught up in what you think you should be doing just do it at your pace and comfort level. Nothing better then that first liquid you've mixed has such great flavour and is and will be so cheap and easy to replicate :).
