So many fails by that rider, from lack of gear to lack of skill to lack of sense.

Well, I don't count the lack of gear as a "fail"... That's a personal decision of an adult. My decision is ATGATT (even to the corner store) but I'll respect a rider's right to take his chances. With that being said, he definitely put himself and other motorists at risk by riding waaaaaaaaaay beyond his skill level on public roads. There's a reason why we have tracks.. Of course, most of those smack-talking hooligans end up eating quite a few slices of the humble pie when they go up against real riders

Absolutely not!!!! My son just arrived home with his friend who just got out of Marine Basic at Camp Lajuene (pretty sure I misspelled that!!)

SO I had to take a moment!! OMG I have know all his friends since they were in middle school and then high school and Jrotc.. And now the real thing.
He looks so grown up all in uniform.. (IWILLNOTCRY)

He is surprising his mom this evening at dinnner. She has no idea that he is here.
