Isn't it funny how letting them go have fun equates to cranky kids?

That is about the time I would start threatening to not let them go to future events if it is going to cause a cranky outcome!

That comes with the expected response "No!" in a whiny howl, some pouting, a few false promises, and then even more misbehavior....

This is all in good fun, and I wouldnt take it too seriously.
Lighten up, enjoy the ride and maybe win some cool gear. If it gets too hectic I have some pliers.

In your haste to post and not thoroughly read and understand, you've confused observations with seriousness.

I don't recall saying it wasn't fun or light or that things were hectic.

It may be best in the future not to project your thoughts and/or feelings onto posts that others make, unless you have a clear understanding of what they're saying.

Martin County started last week, I don't have kids but my daily morning bike ride takes me past a school, it used to be such a nice quiet ride, now there is a TON of traffic of parents driving & dropping off their kids to school, it's crazy.
