Just thought I'd share my first and positive experience with smoktek.

I was planning on making a decent sized order and taking advantage of any BFriday sales I might come across.

I pulled the trigger on a bunch of goodies from smoktek.
Placed the order on Friday 11/23.
Recieved it today , 11/26.

Securely packaged, a nice contents list and a hand written "thank you" note from the staff.

So far, so Good. I plan on doing more business as needed based on this first transaction.

I have been ordering from smoktek for awhile. I screwed up and ordered three-hole tank cartos not knowing that my 70/30 juice
would flood them.
They let me exchange the remaining cartos. It was my fault, and they still made it right!
Their communication was quick. Shipping is usually next day. They ALWAYS have what I use
in stock. Their level of service far surpasses most other vendors.
Three thumbs up!!!
