Smoktek Vivi tank mods

Hello everyone, I got my vivi tank from smoktek two days ago, and out of the box was getting dry hit after dry hit. I drilled out the wick holes to make them larger, then I put in a stainless wick. When I was pulling the tube off of the tank the center post pulled out from the base now my fluid leaks out of the 510 connector. Was just wondering if anyone had modded this tank to make it work great yet? I am thinking the defcon mini is still a better option, since three of these is almost the same price, and they seem to be built really crappy IMO.

The main problem with the Smok VIVI I got, was that the stock coil was much too tightly wound around the wick. Effectively choking off the liquid flow.

I did make my own coil for this tank and this tank now vapes and taste great now . I have 3 of them in rotation and they all vape just great. Thats all i did make some coils nothing else.
