This recipe was inspired by a previous post, but it's really a recipe of it's own. I have no idea where the previous post is now. It was called "Caramel-OHH". The original recipe involved Caramel Candy, Dulce de Leche, and RY4 Double.
So here it is... my first success.
-----
Recipe by Percentage (%):
Smooth Caramel-O (5 mg)
8.6% (TFA) Dulce de Leche
6% (TFA) Caramel Candy
2.4% (TFA) Marshmallow
5% Nicotine
2.5% Saline (cleanoz brand)
2.5% Distilled Water
73% VG (Vegetable Glycerin)
-----
Recipe by Volume (mL):
Smooth Caramel-O (5% Nicotine) (50 mL)
4.3 mL (TFA) Dulce de Leche
3 mL (TFA) Caramel Candy
1.2 mL (TFA) Marshmallow
2.5 mL Nicotine
1.25 mL Saline (cleanoz brand)
1.25 mL Distilled Water
36.5 mL (Vegetable Glycerin)
-----
Notes:
- This is an incredibly smooth, well-rounded mix. You don't really taste any one flavor - they blend together to create a creamy, caramel, sweet taste.
- This is not a true 100% VG mix as the flavors have PG in them, and my Nic is actually in PG. However, I labeled it as such in case there are people looking for mixes that are good with no added PG.
- It's fairly simple. Dulce de Leche was giving me too strong of a strange aftertaste at 10%, and overpowered the Caramel Candy when it was in a mix with just 10% Dulce de Leche and 5% Caramel Candy. So I lowered the Dulce, upped the caramel, and added marshmallow for kicks.
- This juice is thicker than what the average person might want. I might suggest doubling the amount of Saline and Distilled Water to 5% each.
Steeping Process:
The bottle was put in a coffee mug full of water as hot as it would come out of the faucet. Let it sit for 10 minutes, shook it vigorously. Refilled mug. Repeated two more times. I let it breathe with the top off for 4 hours. Shaken twice a day for two days. Sat for 48 hours after that. Tasted perfect.
