So I made it to two weeks smoke free! Thanks to everyone in this forum and certain suppliers who sold me the means to the end of smoking "analogues" Even though it is very exciting for me to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel as finally becoming a non smoker, I am also very sad of the new laws in my state. Not only are we now only allowed to vape wherever smoking is allowed (not many places in public let me assure you and at least 5meters from any building) also now nicotine is illegal to even posses. This means I now feel like a criminal by having to smuggle it from overseas and hope customs do not raid my vape mail. I don't know how long it will be before I get caught... and what will happen if I do. :(

I have to say I'm getting worried, is this all of Australia?
So there's movement everywhere to legalize another substance but illegalization of nicotine.......huh? Some of the rationalization behind some of these choices seems to be missing. What's to gain from a way to reduce medical costs from smokers. And save some lives....

Considering that Australia started out as a penal colony of ye olde empire, I find this paying heed to such inconveniences like laws and regulations somewhat disturbing ;)

Couldn't agree more lol. We have turned into a pansy nanny nation. I guess I will rebel against such laws which is kinda why I called my post "smooth criminal" :vapor:
