...Monroe County looks to be the site of a new New York State native-American casino!!!

It'll take EONS for it to happen, though.

But in looking at the general proposed area, I see no unoccupied land of the size mentioned (30-40 acres). However... if they decide to raze HUSBEAR'S PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, it could fit in there. That is what makes this noteworthy to me. But, as mentioned... it would be YEARS (and years).
