We're getting there.
the kitties seem to be doing pretty well. They're a bit disconcerted, but don't appear freaked out, and i think they're ok as long as they're where mom is. We ran some errands yesterday so she can start learning her way around, there happened to be a block party, so she got to meet some of the neighbors, and then we went out to a local bar for an event, where she got to see some of my friends and meet some others.
We have another thing this afternoon and we'll pick up the beasties this evening. I took most of tomorrow off, so we'll run a few more errands and the appraisal for the construction is scheduled . Tuesday, she's on her own
she needs a car, and will probably rent one until she finds one to buy. In the meantime she can drop me at work, and use my car. i'll take another day off when we know when the moving truck comes.

Reads as though things are getting in place really well, CES!
Hopefully the clean up will be finished today! Son & grandkids are coming over later to do the rest of picking up and carrying!
Shame they couldn't do it sooner, but it was just a bit too hazardous.
We'll have ribs a'cookin, so the day is pleasantly full!

It STORMED here last night. High tomorrow is predicted to be 78! (just a fluke, most days are in the 60's). Maybe some rain will head your way. There's a storm out west too... that may have some effect soon.
@CES...sounds like mom is doing well. She's still driving? That's good.
