I really, really, really don't like to go to the grocery!!
Getting a late start, but have to go before I don't go at all.........gym, then from there, walk to CVS to pick up a script.
I've said it before, and I say it again.......if I had to do as much physical hard load that you do, I wouldn't have to lift those heavy weights at the gym......I applaud you, Fran!
Walked 2 miles to the gym, did a weight and bike routine, and now I'm home watching April the Giraffe about to give birth.
