Speaking of quitting smoking. I forgot to say something yesterday. Not bragging really, but sort of I guess a pat on the back.
Yesterday at 4:30 was 7 years smoke free for me.
That's a 7-banana win!

You know? Oddly, that's one of the biggest motivators for me! That and all the dirty windows and stuff turning yellow (smoking outside in the Winter is cold!). It should be last on the list of concerns, being mostly social in nature. I know, rationally, that things like cancer and heart-lung-circulatory disease are the most important. But it is the smell of stale smoke that's the huge turn-off.
I think that's also partly why print-advertising and movies were so successful for BT...no smell.
Hubs didn't make it to the garage today. Guess he'l utilize his pain med tomorrow even though he hates it.
