How the addition coming?
The addition is going as slowly as ever, but it is going. The HVAC, electrical and plumbing rough in have all passed inspection. The contractor has to add some roof brackets for the framing inspection and then the siding and shingles can be put on.
Yep. It has to be done by the end of October- since i have to get the refinancing complete before the building loan comes due in early November
(the 4.5 months it took to get the permits didn't help anything)
