That's most due to hypoglycemia. I guess there's another thing that happens if you're diabetic or pre-diabetic. But it also depends on what you eat, see article.

Made some soup with slaw, chicken and broth, garlic, tumeric, onions and cayenne.

I normally get up between 6 and 7 every morning but alot of times, I go back to sleep until about 8 or 9.
Sleepy in the afternoon between 2 and 3.

yup -sure feel like a slug. temp up to 102.2 again but got dh into bed. have not made it next door with kittens' wet food. for today they'll have to make do with crunchies. and the moment miss daisy is done i'm heading upstairs
