Apparently! I ordered a watch band from a place in Denmark on 18mar
with a delivery time of "3 days" (FedEx). It went from Denmark to France
to UK in 2 days. It sat in Memphis for 8 days. EIGHT. Arrived today.

The package looks like it took a detour through Ukraine. Dents, tears,
smudges and stains.

Oh... and just left on the front step with no doorbell ring.

Not that I was in any urgent hurry. Just commiserating with you,
Tiburonfirst, and had a pertinent tale to tell.




That's a great techno remix, by the way. The package must have seen the
Ghost of Elvis and walked with its feet 10 feet off of Beale for those 8 days.
Or spent time with the Pretty Little Thing down in The Jungle Room.
