we'll have some leeway but first, i think, should be a remapping. pretty sure the original contacts chosen are no longer providing much relief

morning, lis and atty! ;)

they didn't mapping before install? hmmm.
It's not something i know much about, but won't it take another surgery to adjust the contacts?

omg, ok carlin is out and you're in. happy now? and you don't have to cook, i've got a guy.

they stuck with the original contact points chosen - 4 are available on each electrode - and since dh opted for being out of it there would have been no point changing them even if they were so inclined ;)

I don't blame him for opting to be out of it.can they change the active contacts without doing more surgery?

yep, just reinforce that brain worm why dontcha Shoe ?

bzzzzzz. too late. i'll have to choose yours for you now. let's see.... you get

pee wee herman, george bush, pete rose

If you're going to be like that, I'm leaving.

Re: yours. I have one of Watts' books (Zen category). Was OK. Carlin...classic. Good pick. Richard Feynman...would be cool to have as a neighbor or something (average Joe setting) but for a real discussion on physics...way over my head. I'd waste his time.

I'd invite (just to see them debate modern times) John Adams and Thomas Jefferson. And maybe Gandhi. Or Cleopatra. Not sure.

What's "Cool" about Star Trek....
1) Optimistic future for humans.
2) Positive exploration theme, seeking new life and new civilizations. Boldly going where no [one] has gone before...
3) Wasn't all "action movie" oriented. Actually had plots, morals, lessons, themes. More than the current trend of lens-flair and fast-paced cut scenes...but it still didn't drag. Everyone was in good shape, but they weren't all ninjas and such. Normal people.
4) More creative writing than most of today's sci-fi fare.

(5) Frakes!!! Yeah, Frakes!!!

Good. Maybe they'll update the recipes. All that brand sauce tastes the same. It's "OK", but nothing amazing to begin with. They seem to love it.

My GF loves the spaghetti-o's. Nothing else, just the o's. I don't remember with or without meatballs. (there's a joke in here somewhere...I think "with" ;))

I hate grocery shopping with a passion. Unfortunately, I'll need to do some on Friday after Dad gets home from the hospital... while his scripts are being filled. Why don't they send people home WITH the necessary meds? Just tack it on the hospital bill. He's on Medicare... they end up paying for it anyway. I never understood that... discharges are sent home, doubling up in pain, and they are expected to go get scripts filled which is ALWAYS a joy.
