I believe, if you read one of the Scorpion threads ( probably where you should have posted this actually IMO )... Chris had mentioned that the performance of the coil plate wasn't what they were looking for and it was going to be switched up for a standard top or bottom coil type.

So it should seem logical that the time to redesign it and retest will take a bit of time.
