@greek mule – unfortunately I know nothing about this device. Looking at the FW update they state “Optimizing the ability to automatically detect matching power”. Not sure what is meant by that, the translation is pretty poor.
@MrsP0721 – it is ok to perform a firmware update with the same firmware that is already on your device if that is your concern. But I suspect your device has an older firmware. At least by performing the update, you’ll know what the firmware is.
What is critical is a successful update – it is best practice to shutdown all other application on your computer while conducting the update.
Edit: Just to add – the firmware comes compressed in a RAR format that is not natively supported by Windows. To un-compress the package you need a compatible application. 7-Zip is open source and free to use and supports many compression formats.
