Wiz, if you haven't left on that bus yet...I've got a menthol question for you, since you're our resident Menthol expert.

Can you give me a recap of 2-3 best you liked...I know you've listed quit a few and I'm narrowing it down.

I'm going to add them to some OTD, TB and few others listed on my next order.

I just tried 6 of the Poschl's in the last few days and it's probably me, but they all seem alike and overpowered with Menthol. If they're orange or raspberry, I can't get pass what hits me like camphor or vick's nasal rub - pretty strong to find out what they are.

But, I did try the President and I like that, so there you go ..it's not like the others or wasn't that day.

Sorry sunset...I have been indisposed today!!...I generally classify my menthols by strength,length and flavor. Speaking Strength...I would say Hedges"The Snuff" is the most powerful of the menthols I have had to date.Long lasting...I would have to say the Hedges once more(although some of the Wilsons of Sharrow hold well....Raspberry is one that comes to mind.)Flavor(This week anyway...LOL)Would be either the Poschl Packard Club or the Ozona President.If you are looking for straight menthol without additional flavors(Citrus/fruits ect)Toque and J.H Wilson will deliver for you(The Wilson does tend to fade quick...but a nice beginner snuff available in a sample portion tin also)!

Well everyone I took the final plunge and ordered some Rooster. I just have to see for myself what this mind blowing substance is. I am laying all the blame on TW should the experience turn out badly.

Today I am using the Windmill Orajesnuff. I was not overly impressed with the orange in it and therefore have not used it much. I though I would give it another whirl today and see if it has other qualities that perhaps I missed the first time.

Word of warning on rooster.... Go LIGHT!!

OK so goo new and bad news on the yank and gank..
Good news its out for the most part. was a relief and an experience I do not ever want to do again awake.

the bad news... second vs same as the first...I processed out 6 vials of numbing agent as fast as they could get them into me... So with that being said most of the pull was in full blown color and pain. SO now I have an open hole sharp edges and root still left and yep still kinda bleeding.

Another apointment with a surgeon to get in there while I am in a coma.
Yes it is a relief but NOPE they gave me motrin since the vics were making me sick... Gimme percs and morphine.
My right side hurts and is swollen the bruises coming up Slowly. Feels like I got between a fat kid with cleats and a desert buffet.

SO vape and snus is out had a few analogs but the drawing is umm horrible.. snuff snuff and more snuff. coffee bite and swiss chocolate.

I so completely know what your dealing with. It's a good thing ya got the snuff DB. Like I said to ceasarea, get your hands on a blender and drink that cheezburger!

I was able to vape though. Brand new 510 atty and the thing paractically pushes the vapor out.

I really like the Rooster for smell, flavor and yes indeed the Nicotine!
The care in taking Rooster is two-fold. Small pinches because it is a scotch, very fine and dry, and because the nic is so high.
IMO it's higher in Rooster than in the Dholakia White

Sorting out the good from the not so good atties is useful. I drain 'em but never can be bothered to clean 'em. The 801s were the worst for that foul cleaning cycle taste. When I began vaping I was too mean with my topping up and burnt out a few atties that way. I'm still mean with the eliquid but the 901 and 510s survive that sort of mistreatment better.

Dred, is flader snus elderberry or elderflower? I guess if it's a green sort of taste it must be the flowers?

Hi Wiz, Thanks and sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Funny how on a day off, I have less free time than working...well, sometimes.

The Hedges'The Snuff'..read up a little on it after you mentioned it - it does sound powerful and I want to add it to my list.

Wilsons of Sharrow - I bought their sampler box and wouldn't you know, no raspberry in it. So far I really like all of the Wilson's I tried, they're so different. Adding the raspberry to my list.

Ahh, cool - I do have two that you like: Poschl Packard Club and Ozona President. The Ozona President, now that I really like and I keep going back to it even though I still have others I haven't gotten to try yet. I could see me reordering this one at sometime.

trying to take happy naps but the effing trashy neighbors are running up and down the stairs every 15 minutes slamming the door.... If I could yell without pain believe it I would....

On the brighter side I have been vaping away lightly on a 510 6v choco orange stick and 555.... rotating through my snuff collection.

Gotta talk to the mom unit about going to the store for some freezy pops or something to help take this horrible taste out of mouth.

Well, I had to go out today, so we went to the local tobacco shop. They have a small selection of snuff, so I bought a box of Poschl Apricot. Very nice, I forgot how well snuff can clear things out. I really didn't taste much, but my eye's did water a little bit. I guess next time I'll pour out a little less...

That's one of only 2 snuffs I was able to find in town as well.
I didn't get the Apricot until I stepped outside, nice actually.

Reminder for snuff use.
Most if not all snuff will present very different aroma's outside in fresh air from what you get while inside! Glorious!

I noticed that when I got out of the car. Very nice. Now Sherry's gonna think I'm crazy if I go outside every morning to enjoy a snuff. (winter sucks)
