Any time sunset!! Like I mentioned here somewhere...I can actually use both of the Poschls(Packard and President)throughout the day....My other menthols are for morning and bedtime use! That Hedges really does pack quite a Menthol Punch!! Be Careful...LOL
OTD.....A local head shop carries both Poschl Ozona Orange and Raspberry....It's right by the Periodontist I am going to on Monday....Might as well stop in and pick them up while I am in the neighborhood.Have not been inside this store in 25 years!(Wonder if they will remember me?)

Well Wiz, this one's for you.
I have never been a huge fan of mint or menthol. When I picked up the Poschl Apricot tonight I had no idea it was menthol. Snuffed a little in the car at a quick stop at another store, and wasn't sure what I had gotten into. Came home, did a little snus, a little more of the Poschl, and realized I like this stuff.... a lot. I'm sitting here right now with clear sinuses and a contented feeling. Watching MMA, drinking coffee, and feelin' fine.
Also thanks to OTD, contemplating going outside just to sniff the fresh air. If it wasn't 16 degrees outside I'd be there.

Comments here and elsewhere regarding scotch compared to toast snuff got me thinking, scary, so I got the tin of Wilsons of Sharrow Irish High Toast 22 out of the "Think about it" box.
Couple of weeks , revisit, this is good snuff! Initially seemed like so much cardboard dust but now not at all.

When you feel better, do you like the Whiskey n Honey? I know you're probably not up for conversation, but I'm close to getting my Brother to consider vaping,snus and snuff........the Whiskey n Honey sounds like something he'd like

Skrmr......OTD is on the mark here! Snuff really does awaken in the fresh air.Menthols especially come to life when one steps outside.Just wonder what my doctor is going to say during my annual check-up in regaurd to my snuff use for medicinal purposes.Most likely nothing...as long as I am still not smoking!!

I have been using the Windmill Pepermunt snuff this evening. I really have not used this one much. I wanted to update everyone regarding this wonderful snuff.
The Pepermunt is much darker than the Chococreme and has a rich tobacco scent flavored with a touch of mint. Seems to have the nicotine in there as well as it is a very satisfying snuff. Going outside deliveres the rich tobacco you get from all the Windmills (at least all the ones I have tried) and the wonderful smell of fresh mint leaves.

Also a little update on the F&T Seville. This is what I call the Calgon snuff. I had carried a little bit in a bottle last week to work. I emptied it back into the tin and did a little clean of the bottle. I did not wash it, but I scrubbed it out with a little brush and then stuck a paper towel in there and made sure to get all the snuff out. I then filled this bottle with Peach Sweet.
Alas my bottle of Peach Sweet is ruined. It smells perfumy, very strongly so, and I had to empty out the bottle and wash it.
So if you love perfume, buy some F&T Seville. Just the tiny bit of invisible snuff still left in that bottle ruined a full bottle of my Sweet.

same this happened to me with menthols.... i HATED the taste of menthol cigarettes, and even when I switched to vaping i couldn't stand menthol liquids. my free sample from my first order of nicotinerush was Dholakia Limited Raspberry...I didn't expect it to be a menthol... I grabbed a fairly large pinch without thinking twice and BOY WAS IT AN EYE OPENER!
i started using the mentholated snuffs when i wanted more of a kick, or when i needed to clear the sinuses....works great!
Well, the adventure continues. Today I went back to the tobacco shop to see if they had any non-menthol snuffs.
First shop, the lady had no idea. They have quite a few Poschl snuffs, but from research they are all menthol. So I bought a tin of Dean Swift Bezoar... more on that later.
Second shop, the lady was certain Ozona President was just plain tobacco, no flavorings added.I wasn't so sure, but I bought one anyway.... Got out to the car, did a quick sniff of the president, and heavier menthol than the Apricot I got the other day. Opened the window to let in some fresh air like OTD suggests, and too much menthol. Get home, look it up, and it says "A refreshing pinch discreetly balanced with flavoursome, eucalyptus oils. The menthol is strong and refreshing, but not overpowering. The eucalyptus and other, citrus flavors complement it nicely." D'oh!!!
Now for the Dean Swift Bezoar. It comes in a tin, overfilled, so the first thing I do is spill some on my jacket... It also smells heavily of anis seed. Not my favorite flavor, by far. Took a very small pinch in each nostril, and was underwhelmed by the flavor/scent, and overwhelmed by the nicotine. Kicks like a mule, straight to the temple. So I get home, drink a little coffee, and do the spoon method with a key so I can give a fair shot. Then I went outside to get a good whiff of fresh air, again a'la OTD. If you want to make sure the sniffer is still working try this stuff. It tasted like I had a licorice stick shoved up my snout.
These will both be relegated to a try later(much later) box to see if my tastes change at some point.

As far as the medicated snuffs go sly, same story here. My focus has been on non-medicated for the most part, but having a few around is certainly enjoyable. Much more so than a menthol cig ever was!

Now that the mule is back in the corral, I might revisit the DS in a little while. Just for sh!ts and giggles... and to make sure the Pres didn't corrupt anything. I wanna give it a fair shot. I'll report back later.
I was just looking at other reviews for the Bezoar. does sound like potent stuff.
I pretty much hold the line at McChrystals O&G for medicateds. Now the Wiz might be intrigued by a menthol powerhouse like that...

OK, so I gave the DS Bezoar another shot. First off, it has a pretty potent nic hit. Right after sniffing it up, I went outside , and I immediately got the anise flavor. Very strong. I didn't think anything could overwhelm menthol, but this definitely does. Not as unpleasant as the earlier dose. It would definitely be a good morning snuff as it really got my immediate attention.
LOL yep that is where I got my list from and the reason I want to try them out.
I am not going to order right away, trying to wait at least a couple of weeks.

and a packet of Dholakia's Lajawab, no idea what it is, it feels like chew. Says it is tobacco, lime and menthol on the package.
Anyone know what it is? I don't think it is made to go up the nose.
